Jackson County homeowners faced historic property tax increases — with some bills doubling, tripling, or even rising by 400%.
Frank White, Jr., as County Executive, oversees the Assessment Department and is responsible for correcting errors and ensuring residents are treated fairly. [Case No. 2316-CV24947]
This recall is about restoring trust, protecting our community, and electing leadership that works for the people — not against them.

Jackson County Legislature unanimously approved the recall vote for August 26, 2025.
What’s Next
- Vote Date Set: Tuesday, August 26, 2025, for the recall election
- Veto Deadline: Frank White has until July 17 to veto the ordinance reducing recall timing
- Possible Legal Action: A court case might delay the election into November
